Pitfire Pizza in Pasadena

DoorDash canceled our order 20 minutes into the delivery and blamed Pit Fire for it. I called and spoke to the manager at the restaurant (Myra)...she took care of the problem real quick. She had one of her drivers send us a new order plus dessert! All on the house 🙏 We always order delivery from there and have never had a problem. So it seemed strange. Anyway...pizza was amazing as usual and so were the cookies!

Friendly staff and the food is delicious! Great place for a fairly big gathering of people. Large TV screens for you to catch up on any sporting event that you watch.

It was so good pizza we have here in Pitfire Artisan Pizza. Just all a perfect balance and it was tasty. I love the place and the location as well. it was great service staff here were well mannered and friendly. Worth it place to visit.

Love the freshness of their food, whether its single serving pizza or a salad. Special orders dont upset them.

Delicious pizza 😋 but I wish they would let us get our own water! Took forever to get a cup of water. servers are very nice though.

I have visited the Pasadena location several times. Mid week and weekends. Food is a bit pricey for the level of service one gets. Multiple times we get the food but never refills on the drinks without having to walk to the front counter and ask. It never fails that the table wasn't wiped down from the last party who sat there. The last time it took 3 tries to get the pizza order correct and the second one was even burnt. They did their best to make it better but took 45 minutes to get it out.

Lovely place. 8 craft beers on tap. Plenty of space and the different types of pizza available should please vegan to meat eaters. Try their sangria or any other bar drinks to go with your choice of meal. Parking in the rear.

Awesome little pizza place. The craft beer selection is pretty good. The pies are artisan style but you can still pick something good. The sidedeck area is dog friendly and a great locale for a beer and a slice of pizza.

great neighborhood places with delicious pizza & drinks. Although sometimes there are some kids there without adults pay enough attention & running all over the places, which annoys other customers. Thumb up for the staffs manage the situation well.

July 12 2019 saw my wife and I hold our son’s Wedding Rehearsal dinner at Pitfire. We all had a great time! The pizzas, salads, pasta and drinks were superb. The service was great too. Kelly was outstanding, bending over backwards to see that all our needs were met. Thanks again!

Love the wide open space. Perfect for a big party. The pizzas are thin crust. The salads are pretty well tossed as well

It was my first visit for a birthday party .i ordered a blue steak salad. It was good .but i ordered tomatoes. They where ok. The steak was good but it needed to chopped up .so i asked for a real steak knife. They didn't have one..service was good .bathrooms clean. Its not a full service set up .. the pizza looked good .i would give it another try

The pizza is always good. Ask for the hot oil, taste great on the crust. They still have the Pitfire Sausage Pizza, but it not on the menu.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at the Pit Fire. We went there last night for a birthday party. We had the patio area privately reserved. You self ordered upon arrival and a large majority of the food came out at a respectable time. The staff was amazing at handling the large crowd. Only one staff member appeared annoyed (not just with our party but with other parties sitting inside) however, he was still very accommodating.

Good Margherita pizza and salad.

Their Mushroom Pizza is pretty amazing. All their other pizzas are mediocre. Their Margherite had two leaves of basil!!! WTH.

Food was simple and delicious! Everything came out quickly and the presentation was wonderful. Love the ambiance & vibe of this place. The beer flights were such a fun way to drink. Can’t wait to come back!

Fresh pizza is the best! Pitfire is great at doing it too, with toppings that are wonderful. Ordered one of their seasonal selections fresh corn with chorizo.... Yep it's a goodie. Also got their beef salad and a kids personal cheese pizza. They have an adult bar to choose drinks and beer from. The place is big with lots of seating. Parking in back with a lot of it too. This is the second time we have come and they have an art class on Sunday afternoons. A good option if your looking for pizza and something to do.
